Join light green to upper edge of bag, and sc around, sl st to join. Using dark green, make a 24-inch chain, fasten off. Pull in and out of light green sc’s at upper edge. Sew ends of ch together. Close top of bag by grasping a loop of chain on opposite sides and pulling snugly. Cover oatmeal box with masking tape, winding from bottom to top, completely covering label. Fold a piece of tape over and around upper edge of box. Steam press bag on reverse side and slip over.
